Bernice R. Blonien, age 69, of rural Mount Calvary died Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. The former Bernice Muesegades was born July 1, 1942 in Sheboygan to the late Raymond & Erna (Schneider) Muesegades. She was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Howards Grove. She graduated from Elkhart Lake High School in 1960. Before her marriage, she was a bookkeeper at Bitter-Neumann in Howards Grove. On April 30, 1966, she married Robert V. Blonien. Bernice was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in the Town of Forest. Survivors include her husband, Robert; her son, Michael Blonien of Fond du Lac; a brother, Henry (Sandra) Muesegades of Plymouth and a nephew, August Muesegades of Plymouth. Preceding her in death were her parents; her daughter, Marie Blonien; and a nephew, Adam Muesegades. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church W2090 Highway 23 Mount Calvary. Rev. Mark Barenz will officiate. Burial will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery in Mount Calvary. Family and friends may call at the church Saturday morning from 9:00 AM until the time of services.
