Betty Lou Gajewske, age 74, a resident of Garrow Villa, Brillion, died Wednesday evening, January 14, 2026 at Garrow Villa. 

She was born on June 4, 1951, in Clintonville, daughter of the late Ralph and Lucille (Drake) Prey. In July of 1983, she married Jerome Gajewske and he preceded her in death on March 1, 2018. Betty Lou was employed at Brillion Iron Works for a few years. Previously she was employed at Brillion Canning Company and Sargento. She enjoyed puzzles, knitting, cards (especially Solitaire), fishing with her kids and playing games with her grandkids. 

Survivors include her children: Timmy Gajewske, Arno (Katie) Gajewske, Rachel (DJ) Hale, Jamie Prey; her grandchildren: Hunter, Jasmin, Anita, Lilly, Nathaniel and Jayden. Multiple siblings also survive. She was preceded in death by her husband and other relatives and friends. 

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Zion Lutheran Church, Wayside. Officiating at the Service will be the Rev. Jed McClellan with burial to follow in the church cemetery. 

The family will greet relatives and friends at Zion Lutheran Church, Wayside, from 9:00 a.m. Saturday, January 24, 2026 until 10:45 a.m.
