Beverly "Bev" M. Erickson, age 62, of St. Cloud died peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Friday, February 17, 2012 following a short battle with cancer. The former Beverly Gerth was born November 27, 1949 in Milwaukee to the late George Gerth and Rosalie (Swan) Gerth. She graduated from South Division High School in Milwaukee. On April 6, 1968 she married Charles Erickson at St. Martini Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. Bev worked at Tecumseh Engine Products, was a Tupperware Manager, and was a well known Bartender at the Cabaret Supper Club. She also worked for Hallmark, with her daughter, setting up new retail store displays. Survivors include her husband, Chuck of St. Cloud; her two children, Cynthia "Cindy" (Randy) Schmidt of Fond du Lac, Kenneth "Ken" (Jen) Erickson of Fond du Lac; three grandchildren, Megan Nett, Melissa and Randy Jr. Schmidt; one great grandchild Bella Nett; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law Kenneth (Betty) Erickson of West Bend; six sisters-in-law, Joyce Gerth Lubner of Fredonia, Carolyn Gerth of Sheboygan Falls, Judy Gerth Olson of Sheboygan, Kathy Erickson of West Bend, Valerie Abresch of Waupun, Karen Krause of Milwaukee; a brother-in-law Dwight (Heidi) Erickson of Kinross, MI. Preceding her in death were her parents; an infant son, Charles Jr.; two brothers, George and Roger; and a great grandchild Eric. A Memorial service will be held 8:00 P.M., Friday March 2, 2012 at the Sippel Funeral Home 1311 Thorp Street in St. Cloud. A gathering of family and friends will take place Friday at the Funeral Home from 3:00 P.M. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in her name.
