Beverly Ruth Burkart Nottling, age 86, of New Holstein, passed away with her husband at her side on Wednesday, May 20, 2015. The former Beverly Burkart was born December 3, 1928, in Sheboygan to the late Leo W. & Erna (Albert) Burkart. Beverly graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School in 1947. She received her Pediatric Nursing Certificate from St. Vincent Infant & Maternity Hospital in Chicago in 1949. Among working privately for families in the Chicago and Milwaukee area, later on she had worked at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan in the Pediatric Department and for Dr. Charles Seifert's Dental Practice. On October 19, 1968, she married John A. Nottling at St. Helen's Church in Milwaukee. Beverly was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in New Holstein where she also served as an usher. She was a past treasurer for the Calumet Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. Beverly is survived by her loving husband, John and a close niece, Vivianne (Steve) Whitcomb. Preceding her in death were her parents, Leo & Erna Burkart and her brother, Donald A. Burkart. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at Sippel Funeral Home 2618 Altona Avenue, New Holstein, WI 53061. Rev. James E. Werner will officiate. Beverly will be laid to rest at Sheboygan Falls Cemetery. Family and friends may greet the family at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 26th from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM.
