Brianna May Hoyer

Brianna May Hoyer, age 12 of rural Reedsville, died unexpectedly on Saturday, June 28, 2014. She was born May 1, 2002 in Green Bay, daughter of Edward & Jerri (Nikolaeff) Hoyer. Brianna was entering the 7th grade at Reedsville Elementary School. She loved her horse and spending time outside. She loved to read and was currently writing a book and attempting to have it published. She also loved writing songs and singing. Brianna was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Wayside and had just received her first communion. She was also a member of Taus Livewires 4H Club. Survivors include her parents Ed & Jerri Hoyer, paternal grandparents Bill & Germaine Hoyer of Reedsville, maternal grandparents Alex & Barbara Nikolaeff of Texas, 2 brothers Nathan and Kyle, godparents Ruth Hagenow and Willie Hoyer, and many aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her uncle David. Funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Zion Lutheran Church in Wayside. Pastor Vernon Heim will officiate. Friends may call at the Wieting Funeral Home in Reedsville on Wednesday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and then at the church on Thursday from 9:30-11:00 a.m. Online condolences may be made at www.wieting-funeralhome.com
