Carol Mae Olp, age 86, of Brillion West Haven, died on Friday, May 30, 2014. She was born on October 1, 1927, daughter of the late Peter and Hildegard (Olm) Zarnoth. Carol married Walter Olp on August 21, 1945 in Reedsville. She worked at Ariens Company in Brillion for a few years. She loved to cook, bake, crochet and enjoyed sharing her handiwork with others. Carol was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Rantoul. Survivors include her 4 daughters, Cindi Loose and significant other Richard Schmidt of Potter, Deborah (Jeffrey) Voigt of Hilbert, Laurie (David) Bethke of Brillion, Roxanne (Donald) Evans Jr. of Orrville, OH, 8 grandchildren and their spouses, Cory (Trisha) Voigt, Brooke Voigt, Crystal (Jim) Surrells, Crysta (Jon) Ladwig, Walter McGrew, Donnie Evans, Robert Evans, and Nicole (Mike) Rivest, 8 great grandchildren, brothers and sisters, Pete (Betty) Zarnoth of Brillion, Bert (Dorothy) Zarnoth of Reedsville, Darlene Sheehy of Reedsville, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Betty Zarnoth of Reedsville, George Jelich of Milwaukee, Diane (Ken) Aamot of West Bend, Gene Olp of Florida, and Germaine Olp of Brookfield. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, husband Wally on August 16, 2012, a sister Marilyn Jelich, brother Delmar Zarnoth, brothers-in-law Pat Sheehy, Ken Olp and Dallas Olp, sisters-in-law Dori Olp and Mary Ann Olp. Funeral service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, June 2, 2014 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Rantoul. The Rev. Timm Heath Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in the Brillion Community Cemetery.
