Carol L. Pendleton, 79, of New Holstein, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 10, 2017, at the Calumet Medical Center in Chilton. The former Carol Fromm was born May 12, 1937, in Kiel to the late Henry & Katherine (Schmidt) Fromm. Carol graduated from Kiel High School in 1955. On January 17, 1966, she married Ronald E. Pendleton. Ron preceded her in death on October 12, 2009. Carol had worked at Kestell Furniture in New Holstein She was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in New Holstein. Carol enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Brewers. She also enjoyed feeding her birds and working on cross word puzzles. Carol is survived by four children, her daughter, Denise (Scott) Reichow of Fond du Lac and their children, Rebecca and Ryan; her daughter, Susan (Stanley) Witte of Red Granite; her daughter, Linda (Jeff) Berglund and their children, Roy (Dawn) Brion and their children, Allison, Samantha, and Erin; Tom (Jamie) Brion and their children, Angel & Yazmin; Amy (Jason) Kuba and their children, Corbin & Parker; her daughter, Elizabeth Grawien of Sheboygan and her son, Ronald and his child, Riley; her brother, Roger (Rosalie) Fromm of New Holstein; her sister, Joyce (George) Goeldi of Chilton; her sisters-in-law, Nancy Walsdorf and her special friend, Dennis Cullen, of Kiel and Mary (Bill) Bell of New Holstein; and her brother-in-law, Rick Pendleton of Kiel. She is further survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends. Preceding her in death were her parents, Henry & Katherine Fromm; her husband, Ronald E. Pendleton; a brother, Bill (Jean) Fromm; and two sisters, Delores (John) Sartori, and Marian Jaschob; sisters-in-law, Joyce (Ray) Millay and Mary Pendleton; and her brother-in-law, Tim Walsdorf. Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 PM on Monday, April 17, 2017, at Sippel Funeral Home, 2618 Altona Avenue, New Holstein, WI 53061. Rev. Bill Rishel will officiate. Carol will be laid to rest next to her husband, Ronald, in the Country View Cemetery in the Town of New Holstein.
