Casey R. DeSombre, 2 year old son of Tim & Jennifer Beck DeSombre of New Holstein passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 following a battle with Leukemia. Casey was born June 15, 2007 at Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. He is survived by his parents, Tim and Jennifer DeSombre of New Holstein; his brother, Conner; maternal grandparents, Roger and Carol Beck of New Holstein; his paternal grandfather, Earl and Mary DeSombre of New Holstein; paternal grandmother, Lynne and Bob Munro of Sheboygan; his paternal great-grandmother, Jane Reseburg of Sheboygan; aunts and uncles, Kim and Stuart Long of Kiel, Jessica "CaCa" Cullen of Chilton, Jeff and Lori Beck of New Holstein, Dan and Julie Beck of DePere and Tammy and Chris Mertens of Chilton. Casey is further survived by cousins and other relatives and friends of his family. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at St. John United Church of Christ, 2111 Church Street in New Holstein. Rev. James E. Werner will officiate. Burial will be in the Eaton Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the Sippel Funeral Home, 2618 Altona Avenue in New Holstein on Monday, May 31, 2010 from 3-8 PM and on Tuesday morning at St. John United Church of Christ from 9:00 AM until the time of services. Casey's family asks that family and friends attending his service dress casually. It's how he would have wanted it. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in his name.
