Cheryl Lynn (Starczynski) Mankins, age 65, of New Holstein, passed away Monday, April 24, 2023, at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Appleton following a 1 ½ year battle with cancer.

She was born April 16, 1958, in Milwaukee to Diana Lee Janke and the late Merwyn Jean Starczynski.

Cheryl was married to Jessy Mankins for seven years; but together for 13 years.

Survivors include her husband, Jessy; her two children, John Cunningham (Heather) of Manitowoc and Dawn Cunningham (Robert) of Green Bay; a step-son, James (Nicole) Mankins of Kiel; her grandchildren, Jasmine, Cheyenne, Mason, Rozalynn, Liam, Kenzi, Evan, Arabella, Benjamin, and Dylan; her mother, Diana Starczynski of German Town; two sisters, Jeannie (Darrel) DeKeyser and Robin Baldwin (Doug); her nephews, Jeffery Baldwin, David (Stef)Baldwin, and Jason (Katie) Lehman; two nieces, Krystal (Jeff) Ross and Kelli (Marquis) Mahone; her mother-in-law, Gloria (John) Reis; two sisters-in-law, Marie (Jonathan) Gault and Sirena Mankins; and her four legged fur baby, Toby. She is further survived by 13 great nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Preceding her in death were her father, Merwyn Starczynski; her paternal grandmother, Ella Starczynski; and an aunt, Carol Buth.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 30, 2023, at the Sippel Funeral Home, 2618 Altona Avenue, New Holstein, WI 53061.

Visitation: Family and friends may visit with Cheryl's family at the funeral home Sunday, April 30th from 12:00 Noon until 2:45 PM.
