Chester C. Tamm, age 83 of Brillion died on Wed. Nov. 24, 2010 at Manor Care East in Green Bay. He was born on May 16, 1927 in the Town of Brillion, son of the late Frank & Edna (Kreiman) Tamm. Chester operated the family farm until he sold it in 1965. He then worked at Huebner Implement Co. in Forest Junction for 2 years, and then worked at the Ariens Co. in Brillion from 1967 until his retirement in 1988. He was an active member of Rural Brillion United Methodist Church where he served as Sunday School treasurer for over 30 years, attended Bible Study, and was very supportive of many other ministries. Survivors include a niece Gloria Tamm of Milwaukee, a nephew Allen Tamm of Milwaukee, and many other great nieces and great nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Nelson Tamm and a sister Dorothy Zick. Funeral service will be held on Sat. Nov. 27th at 11:00 a.m. at Zion United Methodist Church in Forest Junction. The Rev. Susan Saford- Gaul will officiate. Burial will be in the Bluff Cemetery.
