Connie J. (Wendt) Cibik, age 72, of Rosholt, WI, (a Fond du Lac & New Holstein native) passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Wednesday, October 19, 2022.

She was born September 6, 1950, in Fond du Lac to the late Garritt & Effie (Hilsberg) Wendt. Connie graduated in 1968 from L. P. Goodrich High School in Fond du Lac.

Connie was married to Les Ehlenbeck from 1975 until 1995. In 2000, Connie met the love of her life, V. Patrick Cibik; they married in 2008.

Connie enjoyed working at Hess & Associates in New Holstein. She loved hosting gatherings for her family & friends. Connie was well known for home cooked meals and her delicious desserts. She was a motherly figure to many; always willing to listen and offer advice. Connie loved to travel and go on adventures with her husband, family, and friends.

Survivors include her loving husband, V. Patrick; her daughters, Kara (Garo) Boghossian and Kelly (Adam) Forstner; her stepson, Vincent Jordan Cibik; her stepdaughter, Jenna (Luke) Wacek; 6 grandchildren, Nora & Gavin Boghossian, Griffin & Myla Forstner, Henry & Etta Wacek; and her brother, Larry (Patricia) Wendt. Connie is further survived by nieces; nephews; many other family members and friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Garritt & Effie Wendt and a nephew, Steve Wendt.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:30 PM on Sunday, October 23, 2022, at the Sippel Funeral Home, 2618 Altona Avenue, New Holstein, WI 53061. A reception will follow the service. Connie will be laid to rest at the Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery in Fond du Lac.

Visitation: Family and friends may visit with Connie's family at the Sippel Funeral Home on Sunday, October 23rd from 12:30 PM until 3:15 PM.
