Cyrilla D. (Becker) Niquette, age 96, of New Holstein, passed away peacefully at Willowpark Place on Saturday, October 22, 2022.

She was born April 19, 1926, in the Town of Rhine, to Anton & Irma (Wendel) Becker. Cyrilla attended school at S.S. Peter & Paul Catholic Grade School and graduated from Kiel High School in 1944. Following graduation, Cyrilla moved to Milwaukee and began working at Falk Corp where they manufactured gears to supply the Navy ships.

On November 27, 1946, she married Cyril A. Niquette in Kiel, WI; Cyrilla & Cyril were married for 70 years. Cyril preceded her in death on June 3, 2017.

Cyrilla was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in New Holstein, The Christian Women's Society, the New Holstein American Legion Auxiliary Post 124; serving as the treasurer, and the Calumet County Association for Handy Capable Persons where she was treasurer of its summer camp held in Brothertown.

Survivors include her five children, Patricia (Allen) Valkie of Cape Coral, FL, Charles Niquette of New Holstein, Daniel (Sharron) Niquette of Cleveland, WI, David Niquette of Kiel, and Linda (Al) Felsinger of New Holstein; her grandchildren, Melissa Kimme, Jason Eiring, Ian Niquette, Nichole Buechel, Amanda Kremply, Adam Niquette, Angie Wegmann, Tony Niquette, Trisha Niquette, Joshua Reinl, Justin Reinl, and Erin Reinl; step grandchildren, Tom Pennings, Dale Pennings, Tammy Wolf, Tim Champeau, Angie Mertens, Tyler Guell, and Heidi Kienbaum; 16 great-grandchildren; 20 step great-grandchildren; her sister, Geraldine Hollenbeck; her brother, Stan (Lynn) Becker; her in-laws, Delores Becker, Lois (Fred) Drake, Joanne (Courtney) Ter Horst, Joanne Niquette. She is further survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Cyril; her parents, Anton & Irma Becker; a son, Warren Niquette; a daughter, Debra Niquette; a daughter-in-law, Elayne Niquette; a brother, Elroy Becker; sister, Bernice (Eugene) Reineck; an infant brother, Kenneth; in-laws, Gerald Hollenbeck; Paul Niquette, and Eileen Niquette.

A Liturgy Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 5:00 PM on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 1724 Madison Street, New Holstein, WI 53061. Rev. Alvan Amadi will officiate. Cyrilla will be laid to rest next to her husband in the Holy Rosary Cemetery.

Visitation: Family and friends may visit with Cyrilla's family at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church on Thursday, October 27th from 2:30 PM until 4:30 PM.
