Debra “Deb” E. Marsicek, age 72, of Reedsville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 25, 2026 at home after a day surrounded by family.

Deb was born on January 21, 1954, in Manitowoc, the daughter of the late Alfred and Joanne (Krall) Sheehy. She graduated from Reedsville High School with the Class of 1972. On August 18, 1978, she married Donald “Don” Marsicek at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Maple Grove. Deb continued her education at Fox Valley Technical College and went on to work at St. Elizabeth Hospital for 45 years before retiring. She began her career as a surgical technician and concluded it as a medical coder.

Deb and Don enjoyed traveling together, exploring destinations from Yellowstone to the West Coast and camping at their favorite spot, Copper Falls State Park. Deb also enjoyed crafting, watching Hallmark movies, and spending time with family and friends.

A devoted supporter of her loved ones, Deb made time to be in the crowd cheering them on at sporting events, dance recitals, and musical performances. She had a generous heart and a special gift for making others happy, whether through random acts of kindness or by using her crafting talents to create and donate items to local nonprofit organizations.

Deb was also an expert party planner who went all out for birthdays and holidays. One of the family’s favorite traditions was her annual Halloween party, complete with the Spooky Forest. No matter the occasion, Deb found a way to make it special. If there was an opportunity to show her family love, Deb was there. Her thoughtfulness, creativity, and unwavering love for those around her will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

Survivors include her husband: Don of Reedsville; brothers-in-law, Robert Denor of Reedsville, Robert (Jayette) Marsicek of New Holstein, Kenneth (Patricia) Marsicek of Kellnersville, Daniel (Kay) Marsicek of Whitelaw, Bill Marsicek of Reedsville, James (Patty) Marsicek of LaPorte, IN, Dennis (Lori) Marsicek of Kaukauna, Patrick (Kay) Marsicek of Neenah, Roger Marsicek of Combined Locks, Thomas (Karin) Marsicek of San Diego, CA; sisters-in-law: Cheri (Jon) Reavis of Holmen; Lou Ann Schneider of Valders, Joyce Klein of Manitowoc, Lynn (Jeffery) Stecker of Manitowoc; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, along with many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Al and Joanne Sheehy; her sister: Judy Denor; her brother: Jon Sheehy; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Vernon & Mabel Marsicek; sister-in-law: Dawn Marsicek; brothers-in-law: John Klein and Ray Madson; great nephew: Bo Redfield; and other relatives and loved ones.
