Diane J. Dreifuerst, 60, of Fond du Lac, formerly of St. Cloud, died peacefully on her 60th Birthday on Sunday, October 30, 2011 at her residence at Kindred Hearts in Fond du Lac. She was born October 30, 1951 in Plymouth. Diane was the daughter to the late Leo & Verena (Blonigen) Dreifuerst. She attended school in St. Cloud and New Holstein. Diane was a member of St. Isidore Parish, St. Cloud Church. She was very active in Special Olympics and has won several Blue Ribbons. Survivors include a brother, Daniel (Linda) Dreifuerst of Sun City, AZ; two nieces Gina (Jon) Rascia & Tracy (Darcy) Brunk; six great nephews Tyler, Brady & Andreu Rascia, Justin, Colin, and Dyian Brunk; four Aunts Rosie Dreifuerst of St. Cloud, Joan Buechel of Elkhart Lake, Lucy Lefeber of St. Cloud, Bernice (Larry) Kohlman of Fond du Lac; one uncle, Gerry Blonigen of St. Cloud. She is further survived by Margie Blonigen of St. Cloud, Alice Mae Blonigen of Mt. Calvary, Darrel McCarthur of Fond du Lac, Zelda Blonigen of Huntsville, AL; and many cousins. Preceding her in death were her parents, Maternal Grandparents Henry & Philomena "Minnie" Blonigen and Claude & Rose Dreifuerst. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 12:00pm (noon) on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at St. Isidore Parish St. Cloud Church, 924 Main Street St. Cloud, WI. Rev. Steven Kropp OFM Cap. will officiate. Inurnment will be in the St. Cloud Catholic Cemetery at a later date. Family and friends may call at the church Saturday morning from 10:00AM until the time of services.
