Dianna (Zerneke) Wilberscheid Dyer, age 75, of New Holstein, passed away peacefully with her family at her side Friday, April 24, 2015, at her home. The former Dianna Zerneke was born July 29, 1939, in Fond du Lac to the late Robert Sr. & Irma (Stephany) Zerneke. On June 25, 1960, she married John "Jack" Wilberscheid at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Jericho. Jack preceded her in death on June 6, 1996. On September 16, 1998, she married Ernie Dyer Sr. Ernie preceded her in death on November 15, 2008. Dianna had a strong faith and showed the love of Jesus Christ to all she met. She loved helping other people and served on the prayer line at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in New Holstein, volunteered with Calumet County Hospice, Heartland Hospice and was a patient escort at Calumet Medical Center. She was very active and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Survivors include her four children, Tom (Diana) Wilberscheid of Fargo, ND, Kim (Bruce) Groff of New Berlin, WI, Doug (Sofi) Wilberscheid of Ft. Pierce, FL and Dan (Michele) Wilberscheid of Cookeville, TN; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; her twin sister, Donna Toth of North Fond du Lac, sister, Debbie Martin of Fond du Lac; brother Bob (Joan) Zerneke of Cambridge, WI and Dianna's special friend, Ken Voelker. Dianna is further survived by her second husband, Ernie Dyer Sr. family. In addition to her parents, Robert Sr. & Irma Zerneke, she was preceded in death by her first husband, John "Jack" Wilberscheid and her second husband, Ernie Dyer Sr. A Memorial Mass will be held at 5:00 PM on Monday, April 27, 2015, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 1724 Madison Street, New Holstein, WI 53061. Rev. Harold Berryman will officiate with Deacon Pat Knier assisting. Dianna will be laid to rest next to her husband, Jack at Calvary Mausoleum in Fond du Lac. Family and friends may greet the family at the church on Monday, April 27th from 3:00 PM to 4:45 PM. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in her name.
