DuWayne L. Wibben, age 77, of New Holstein, passed away Friday, March 25, 2022, with his family at his side after suffering a stroke this past Wednesday. He was born July 30, 1944, in Owen, WI to Marian (Voge) Wibben and the late Robert Wibben. While stationed in Germany, serving in the US Army, he met Elisabeth Awenius and the two were married on December 11, 1964, in Worms, Germany. Survivors include his wife, Elisabeth "Betty"; his three daughters, Yvonne Wibben, Corrina Peterson, and Teresa (Dann) Claudon; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; his mother; two brothers; and three sisters.
