Edward Mueller, age 57, of St. Cloud died Thursday, April 5, 2012, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac after suffering a heart attack at his home. He was born May 13, 1954 in Fond du Lac to Irene (Reichling) Mueller and the late Herbert R. Mueller. Ed graduated from Goodrich High School in Fond du Lac in 1972. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1972-1974. On April 28, 1978, he married Mary Schrage at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Mount Calvary. He had worked at Mercury Racing and other area companies. Ed was an amazing husband, father, and friend. He avidly loved to cook, cut wood, camp, hunt, go ice fishing, road tripping, and procrastinating. Survivors include his wife, Mary, of St. Cloud; his three children, Brendt Mueller of Anchorage, AK, Jacob Mueller of Menasha, and Kristen Mueller of Lexington, KY; his mother, Irene Mueller of Fond du Lac; two brothers, Ron (Kim) Mueller of Mosinee and Daniel (Lisa) Mueller of Sheboygan Falls; six sisters, Nancy (Patrick) Flood of Campbellsport, Janice Manderle of Fond du Lac, Mary Jo (Dennis) Lefeber of Malone "St. Peter", Debra (Herman) Brenner of Chilton, Donna (John) Enders of Fond du Lac, and Michelle (Donn) Johnson of De Pere; his mother-in-law, Violet Schrage of Mount Calvary; three brothers-in-law, Terry (Cheryl) Schrage of Fond du Lac, Rick (Linda) Schrage of Appleton, and Scott (Shelly) Schrage of Malone; two sisters-in-law, Jane Sabel of Mount Calvary and Jody Tautges of North Fond du Lac; step-grandmother, Margaret Mueller of Fond du Lac; many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; his loving companions, Addy and River; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert R. Mueller and his father-in-law, Charles Schrage. Funeral Services will be held at 8:00 PM on Monday, April 9, 2012 at the Sippel Funeral Home 1311 Thorp Street in St. Cloud. Rev. Steven Kropp OFM Cap. will officiate.
