Elizabeth Margaret Giese, age 87, formerly of Brillion, died on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Atrium Post Acute Care of New Holstein. She was born on March 31, 1928 in Maple Grove, daughter of the late George and Loretta (Manlick) Schuh. On September 30, 1952 she married Theodore "Ted" Giese at St. Mary Catholic Church in Brillion. Elizabeth was a homemaker, and she loved to garden. She was active with the 4-H for many years. Elizabeth was a member of the Christian Mothers, of St. Mary Parish in Hilbert, and the Green Bay Diocesan Council of Catholic Women. She was so devoted to her faith that she would walk to church if Ted had the car. Survivors include her children, Mary (Clifford) Kreilkamp, Theodore Jr. (Pamela) Giese, Betty (Raymond) VanOss, Paul (Julie) Giese, David (Kathy) Giese, grandchildren Carl Kreilkamp, Melissa Butcher, Karen Kreilkamp, Amanda Thompson, Craig (Priscilla) Giese, Lisa (fiance' Mark Guns) VanOss, Joshua (Alyssa Kay) Giese, Nick Giese, her great grandchildren, Alex, Jason, Daniel, Shawn, Faith, James, Alena, Emily, Kaleigha and Lukas, her brother Edwin (Rose Marie) Schuh, sisters, Monica Dresang, Regina Fischer, Helen (Lucas) Ratajczak, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Jeanette (Donald) Fascio, Walter Nadolny, Carol Tisler-Schuh, Pat Sloma-Schuh, Anna Remiker-Schuh, Dori (James) Behnke, and also many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ted on May 17, 2013, her brothers Richard, Norbert, Anthony, Sebastian, George, and Alfred Schuh, sister, Sister Clara Schuh, brothers-in-law, Francis Dresang, Glenmore Fischer and Richard Fischer, sister-in-law Joyce Stradal, her in-laws, Theodore and Mary (Yanorowicz) Giese, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Agnus (Edmund) Shukoski, JoAnn (Henry) Scovronski and Bernice Nadolny and a half brother-in-law Floyd Nagel. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, August 14, 2015 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Hilbert. The Rev. Mike Betley will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary Parish Cemetery in Hilbert. Friends may call at the Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. and then at the church on Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 10:15 A.M. There will be a parish prayer service at 7:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
