Emeline M. Klauck, age 99, of New Holstein, formerly of Sheboygan, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2023, at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Appleton.

She was born on June 5, 1924 to Lawrence and Helen (Sukowaty) Woelfel in Charlestown, Wisconsin. Emeline graduated from New Holstein High School with the class of 1942.

On July 14, 1945, she married Orville (Pete) Klauck at St. Martin's Catholic Church in Charlestown. He preceded her in death on July 6, 1995. They lived in New Holstein, moved to Kohler in 1968, to Sheboygan in 1981 and she moved back to New Holstein in 2014.

She worked at Tecumseh Products in New Holstein and later at J.C.Penney in Sheboygan until retiring in 1986.

Emeline enjoyed ceramics, knitting, bowling with the Senior Citizen Leagues, and traveling. She and her husband travelled to every state in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in New Holstein and a former member of St. Domonic's Catholic Church in Sheboygan where she was a Home Communion Minister for many years.

She was a member of the Partners of St. Nicholas Hospital, where she worked as a volunteer in the gift shop.

She is survived by six children. David (Geri) of Cedar Hill, Texas; Richard (Deb) of Fond du Lac; Kristine McNally of New Holstein; Robert (Angie) of Burlington; Paul (Dawn) of Waukesha; Jerry (Sue) of Eau Claire. Thirteen grandchildren, Jackie (Vance) Bagwell, Jennifer (Matt) Iverson, Tracy (Ed) Ochs, Christopher Klauck, (special partner, Deanna Engelbart) Amy McNally, Robin (Jim) Johengen, Erin McNally, Sara (Dan) Marsolik, Ross Klauck, Matt (Annette) Klauck, Andrew Klauck (special partner, Veronica Loete), Mandy (Marc) Rassel-Klauck, and Jessie (Joel) Forke-Klauck. Fourteen great-grandchildren. One great-great grandson. A sister-in-law, Rose Marie Woelfel.

She was preceded in death by her husband, son-in-law James McNally, sister Apolonia (Roman) Reiser, Brothers, Winrich (Beatrice & Helen) Woelfel, Linus Woelfel and Othmar (Delores) Woelfel, Brothers-in-law, Fred (Adelaide) Klauck and James (Margaret) Klauck, sisters-in-law Lucille (Raymond) Christel, Lee (Omer) Schmitz, Marian (Joe) Binversie.

A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 1724 Madison Street, New Holstein, WI 53061. Entombment will take place at Garden of Peace Mausoleum in Sheboygan.

Visitation: Family and friends may visit with the family at the Sippel Funeral Home, 2618 Altona Avenue, New Holstein, WI 53061 on Saturday, August 19th from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM.
