Ervin "Erv" W. Muellenbach, age 65, of rural New Holstein, passed away unexpectedly June 27, 2022, at his home. Erv was born November 21, 1956 to the late Jerome & Viola (Schmitz) Muellenbach. Erv served in the Army as a paratrooper. Following his time in the service, he pursued his love of truck driving which he continued until retiring. On August 11, 1984, he married JoAnn Propson at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Marytown. Erv loved spending time with his family, gardening, shooting pool, and watching his grandchildren play sports. He will be dearly missed by many family and friends. Surviovrs include his wife, JoAnn; his son, Michael (Amanda) and their children, Logan & Rylie of New Holstein; his daughter, Amanda of Oshkosh; His brothers & sisters, Betty Wiese, Nick Muellenbach, Alice (Dan) Suttner, Tom (Sue) Muellenbach, Roger (Cindy) Muellenbach, Ralph (Caroline) Muellenbach, Joe (Mary Jo) Muellenbach, and Ron (Amy) Muellenbach; his mother-in-law, Hannah Propson; three sisters-in-law, Jane (Don) Mader, Jean (Bruce) Fischer, and Karen (Dan) Mader. Ervin is further survived by many nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents, Jerome & Viola Muellenbach; his sister, Janette; his brother-in-law, Gary Wiese; and his father-in-law, Frederick Propson. Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, July 1, 2022, at the Sippel Funeral Home 2618 Altona Avenue, New Holstein, WI 53061.
