Florence L. Hettwer
Florence Loretta Hettwer, 86, of Dotyville, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2012, at her home. She was born July 17, 1926 to Lawrence and Cecelia (Michels) Nettekoven. Florence married Lyle J. Hettwer, June 23, 1945 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Fond du Lac. Together the couple farmed their entire lives until their retirement in Doytville. Lyle preceded her in death on January 27, 2001.
Florence is survived by her children: Robert (Barbara) of Dotyville, Thomas (Mary) of Sarasota, FL, Ann (Alan) Immel of Dotyville, John (Beth) of rural Fond du Lac, and Joan (Kevin) Heid of Chester, SC.
Grandchildren: Adam (Stephany) Hettwer, Emily Hettwer, Eric (Monica) Hettwer, and Troy Hettwer; Michelle (Chris) Grasruck, Jodie (Eric) Gocher; Jeff (Jenn) Immel, Becky (Jake) Wagner, Nicole Immel; Calvin (Jo) Hettwer, Laura (Fiancé Brian) Hettwer; Josh (Serena) Heid, Courtney and Emily Heid; and 15 great grandchildren.
Florence is survived by 2 sisters, Eileen Borndal, MaryAnn (Gene) Leonard and sister in-law Sandra (John) Mossberg.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and siblings: George, Catherine, Lucille (Ray) Groff, Marion, Ruth (George) Becker, Dave (DeVern), Rita (Max) Barbeau; and her in-laws: Dave Borndal, Alice (Merle) Phalen, Donald (MaryGrace) Hettwer, and Carol (Dave) Hayden.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:15 AM on Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Church, W1562 County Road B Eden. Burial will follow in the St. Charles Cemetery, Taycheedah.
Family and friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 9-11 AM
