Gerhardt Gilbert Maas, age 74 of Manitowoc, died on Tuesday February 25, 2014 at Kindred Hearts. He was born on February 11, 1940 in the Town of Maple Grove, son of the late Henry F. and Martha (Seidel) Maas. Gerhardt worked as a farm hand in the Manitowoc County area. Survivors include 4 sisters, Emma (Gordon) Nooker of Two Rivers, Laura Kastrewski of Manitowoc, Malinda Maas of Two Rivers, Martha Bergeline of Manitowoc, and a brother Halbert Maas of Manitowoc. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday March 4th at 2:00 p.m. at the Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion. The Rev. Becky Kindschi will officiate. Burial will be in the Lark Cemetery.
