Gregory R. Ormsbee

Gregory R. Ormsbee, age 55, of Potter, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018 at Brillion Westhaven surrounded by his family.

Greg was born on February 4, 1963 in Petoske, MI, son of the late Glen Sr. and Nora (Swan) Ormsbee.  He was a graduate of Inland Lakes High School, class of 1981.  On December 15, 1990, Greg married Diane Jandry at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Collins.  He worked at various locations throughout his career.  Greg met Diane at Hi Q in Michigan, and then the couple moved to Potter.  He worked at Jacks’ Pizza in Little Chute, Brillion Iron Works, and Sargento until he became ill.  Greg loved fishing, watching races, was an avid Packer fan, and enjoyed playing X-Box with his son and spending time with his family.

Greg is survived by his wife of 27 years, Diane; their children: Joshua and Hailey all of Potter; siblings and their spouses: Glen Jr. (Rebecca), Roy (Sue), Robin (Mara), Melissa (Tim) Campeau, Roger, Margaret Finch, Gordon (Sherry), and Karen (Bill) Morgan; in-laws: Shirley Jandry, Lorna (Jim) Brach, Roger (Lori) Jandry, Jody (Bill) Bowers, Dennis (special friend Julia) Jandry, and Lyle (Emily) Jandry; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his father-in-law: Eugene “Gene” Jandry, and one nephew: Brent Ormsbee.

Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Brillion.  Officiating will be the Rev. Ross Henzi and the Rev. Thomas Fricke.

Friends may call at the church on Saturday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
