Helen A. (Engelman) Gordy, age 84, of New Holstein, formerly of Shawano, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at the Homestead Care Center in New Holstein where she resided since October, 2020.

She was born November 29, 1939, in Neenah to Edward & Gladys (Zimmerman) Engelman. On January 7, 1974, she married Donald Gordy.

Survivors include her two children, Linda Johnson and Melissa Scribner (Antonio); her grandchildren, Patience (Jeffery) Krizan, Skylar Cotter, Heather (Terrence) Barkley, Danielle (Christopher) Kuhn, and JJ (Rachel) Johnson; her great-grandchildren, Kaylinn, Mylah, Aubrey, Arlexia, Kyrie, and Kaylee; her siblings, Edward (Chrissy) Engelman and Rozi (Bill) Hansen; her brother-in-law, Michael Tierney. Helen is further survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.

Preceding her in death were her first husband, John Johnson; her second husband, Donald Gordy; her two sons, John Johnson & Jamie Johnson; her father & stepmother, Edward & Joyce Engelman; her brother & sisters, Jerry Engelman, Candy Engelman, and Sherry Tierney.

Per Helen's wishes, cremation will take place.
