Jack Richard Christel

Jack Richard Christel, 7 months, beloved son and brother, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 28, 2020.

Jack was born on December 5, 2019, son of Richard and Amber (Reidy) Christel, III.  Although his time here was short, he was fiercely loved by all around him.  Jack laughed and smiled throughout his seven months, bringing joy and happiness every day to his family.

He is survived by his parents, Richard and Amber Christel of Brillion; his sisters, Olivia and Ava Christel; paternal grandparents: Richard (special friend Sandra Horswill) Christel and Peggy (special friend Scott Wolter) Christel; maternal grandparents: Gary and Dori Reidy; aunts and uncles: Joe Christel, Amanda (Chris) Barth, Jason (fiancée Heather Borseth) Reidy, and Casey Reidy; cousins: Easton, Ashton Lucas, Abby (Ben), Bryce, Bryant, Gabby, Cheyenne, Madison, and Dakota; and great-grandmothers: Darlene Christel and Lorraine Van Gompel.

Funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, August 3, 2020 at St. Mary’s Historical building in Reedsville.  Officiating will be Deacon Steve Letourneaux.  Burial will be at Brillion Community Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Wieting Funeral Home, 15 7 ^th Street, Reedsville on Sunday night from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  Visitation will continue at the St. Mary’s Historical building on Monday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
