Jackie M. Atkinson, age 70, of Mount Calvary, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, November 7, 2015. She was born January 1, 1945, to the late Clarence & Ruth (Kendl) Lex. Jackie has been married to Terry Atkinson for the past 53 years. She was very active and involved in the community. Survivors include her husband, Terry; her four sons, Jeff (Teri) Atkinson, Corey Atkinson, Ross (Elizabeth) Atkinson and Tom (Tammy) Atkinson; four grandchildren, Brian (Katie), Jacob, Tory and Kathryn; her two sisters, Kathleen (Bob) Simon and Marjorie (Mike) Kief; brother-in-law, Jerry Schwind. She is further survived by Terry's brothers and sisters; other family members and friends. Preceding her in death, were her parents, Clarence & Ruth Lex; a sister, Virginia Schwind and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Max & Myrtle Atkinson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at St. Isidorer Parish-Holy Cross Church, 308 County Road W Mount Calvary, WI 53057. Rev. Gary Wegner, OFM Cap will officiate. Visitation will be at the church Wednesday afternoon from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM.
