Obituary

James R. Fahrbach, age 82, of Mount Calvary, passed away on April 11, 2022, due to complications from prostate cancer. He was born on September 5, 1939, in Appleton, Wisconsin to Harold and Regina (Wittmann) Fahrbach. James is survived by his wife, Verna, children: Brian J. Fahrbach, Teri L. Fahrbach, Tami L. (Fahrbach) Londre, Thomas J. Fahrbach. James is also survived by his brother Robert H. Fahrbach: his grandchildren: Benjamin Fahrbach, Madison Fahrbach, Alyssa Londre, Talen Londre, Cale Londre; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jerome Pickart, Gary (Kim) Enders, Joyce Schmitt, and Bonnie Enders; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. James graduated from MSOE and Marquette. He worked at Mercury Marine as an electrical engineer. He served on the Mount Calvary Village Board for many years and was active in the Mount Calvary Fire Dept., the Mount Calvary EMT's, the Fond du lac Aquatic Center, and the Red Line Running Club. James was an Iron Man Triathlete and won many medals and participated in the Hawaiian Iron Man competition numerous times. James was preceded in death by his parents; his parents-in-law, Sylvester & Marcella (Mihm) Enders; his sisters-in-law, Janice Fahrbach, Elaine (Robert) Johnson, and Dolores Pickart; his brothers-in-law, Larry Enders and Ronald Schmitt; his daughter-in-law, Laura Fahrbach; and many aunts; uncles; and friends. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Sunday, May 22, 2022, at the Mount Calvary Village Hall, 999 Fond du Lac Street, Mount Calvary, WI 53057. In lieu of flowers and other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund will be established in his name and donations may be mailed to James Fahrbach Family, C/O 2731 South 12th Street, Sheboygan, WI 53081.
