James J. Wolf, age 57, of New Holstein, passed away with his loving family at his side on Saturday, January 16, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton due to complications caused by a cardiac arrest and on-going health issues.
He was born December 13, 1963, at Calumet Memorial Hospital in Chilton to Lois (Hopfensperger) Wolf and the late Robert Wolf. Jim grew up in Kiel. He went to Kiel schools and graduated from Kiel High School in 1982.
On May 14, 1988, he married Patty Heimerman at Zion Lutheran Church in New Holstein.
Jim drove semi for the Kohler Co. and later on became a supervisor in the tool & die shop at Kohler for many years.
He loved the outdoors and was an avid sportsman. Jim enjoyed hunting and fishing of all kinds.
Survivors include his wife, Patty; his two children, son, Dillon (Mareike) Wolf and their son, Samuel of Kriftel, Germany and daughter, Nikki (significant other, Dusty Brings Plenty) of New Holstein; his mother, Lois Wolf of New Holstein; his brothers and sister, Conrad (Carol) Wolf of Elkhart Lake, Patricia Kind of New Holstein, Mike Wolf of Austin, MN; his in-laws, Valerie (Tom) Brandt of Zion, IL, Dalton (Penny) Heimerman of Suring, Leslie (Vicki) Heimerman of Green Bay, Marjorie Stroik of Madison, Marla (Lenny) Heimerman of New Holstein, Bruce (Debbie) Heimerman of Manitowoc, John (Aoy) Heimerman of Marinette, WI. He is further survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and many friends.
Preceding him in death were his father, Robert Wolf; his father-in-law & mother-in-law, Dalton & Hilda Heimerman; his very close niece, Monica Wolf.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, January 23, 2021, at Zion Lutheran Church, 1702 Van Buren Street, New Holstein, WI 53061. Rev. Azor Cigelske will preside.
Visitation: Family and friends may visit with Jim's family at the church Saturday morning, January 23rd from 10:00 AM until 11:45 AM.
