Janet "Sue" Grube passed away August 25, 2024, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Jericho, Wisconsin on January 20, 1950, to the late Roman and Ceil (Wagner) Boehnlein. She graduated from Chilton High School and lived in New Holstein most of her adult life. She married the love of her life William Grube Sr. on October 10, 1969. They raised four sons at their homestead on the edge of town.

She worked at various manufacturing jobs through the years but mostly enjoyed spending time in her beautiful gardens. Throughout the years, her and her husband spent long days collecting and selling treasures they found at local auctions and flea markets. The highlight of her life was her family, and she enjoyed every minute with them. She spent time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren coaching them though life's obstacles. She had the largest heart when it came to taking care of others as she was an avid volunteer.

She will be remembered as a loving wife to her husband, William Grube Sr., and loving mother to her sons and daughters in law; William (Linda Herzog) Grube Jr., Clinton (Jennifer) Grube, Jeremiah Grube and Aaron Grube (Jamie Behnke); grandchildren, Brittany (Michael) Dieterich, Morgan Grube, Brandon Grube, Monica Grube, Tyler Grube, Maranda Lafrombois, Veronica Grube, London Mertens, Andrew Grube and Grayson Grube; great-grandchildren, Maxwell, Benjamin, Iris, Lily, Bentley, Hazlee and Alita

She will also be missed by her father-in-law, Harvey Hephner, Sr.; brothers and sisters, Donna (Elmer) Hanke, Mary Anne Bienvenue, Glenroy (Karen) Boehnlein, Paul (Joan) Boehnlein, Jerry Boehnlein and Roger Boehnlein; brothers and sisters in law, Wes Grube Jr., Carol Grube, Gordon (Julie) Grube, Art (Arlene) Grube, Mike Grube, Deb Grube, Rita Diener, Kate Hephner and Harvey (Cindy) Hephner; Many nieces and nephews and extended family

She was proceeded in death by her parents Roman and Ceil Boehnlein; parents in law Delores Hephner and Wesley Grube Sr.; infant children Lori Anne and Jesse William; brothers and sisters in law, Paul Bienvenue, Russ Grube, Steven Grube, Alan Diener, and Ruth Geiger.

A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at 12:00 pm, at Sippel Funeral Home, 2618 Altona Avenue, New Holstein, Wisconsin 53061. A prayer service will be held at the funeral home at 3 pm.

In lieu of flowers the family has established a memorial fund.
