Jerome Michael Weins

Jerome Michael Weins, age 88 of Hilbert, died on Friday July 22, 2016 at Atrium Post Acute Care in Chilton. He was born on August 11, 1927, son of the late Michael and Rose (Knier) Weins. He married Marilyn Pflughoeft on July 2, 1949 in Thiensville. Jerome worked as a truck driver in Milwaukee from 1949 to 1958 when he moved to Hilbert and began farming. Survivors include his children, Gary (Nancy) Weins, Linda (Kirk) Eickhoff all of Hilbert, Sherry (Norm) Otto of Fremont, Daniel (Eileen) Weins of Menomonee Falls, Michael (Kay) Weins of Sherwood, Julie (Steve) Henke of New Berlin, Joan (Jeff) Kluever of Menasha, 28 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren, a son-in-law Ernest Guillette, 2 sisters, Eleanor Muenster of Waupaca, Jacqueline Lemberger of Kimberly, a sister-in-law Esther McGuffin of Oklahoma and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Marilyn on December 24, 2014, a daughter Susan Guillette, a son John, grandson Ryan Guillette and several siblings and in-laws also preceded in death. The family will gather for a Celebration of Life on Saturday July 30, 2016 at the Oxbow Hunting Club, W1698 Hilbert Rd in Hilbert from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
