John S. Slominski's Obituary
John S. Slominski, age 82, of New Holstein, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at the Rocky Knoll Healthcare Facility in Plymouth.
He was born January 23, 1932, in Chicago, IL to the late John F. & Sabina (Adamski) Slominski.
Per John's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services. Entombment will take place in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Forest Park, Illinois.
