Kelly Lynn (Cicerello) Lisowe, age 39, of New Holstein, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh with her loving family at her side. She was born June 19, 1982, in Milwaukee to Karen (Ronald) Phillips Jr. & Andrew (Maria) Cicerello. Kelly graduated from Berlin High School in 2000. On October 1, 2005, she married Todd Lisowe at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Chilton. Kelly was employed as a Senior Business Analyst at Acuity Insurance in Sheboygan. She loved visiting Disney World; it was her favorite place on Earth. Kelly also loved horses, tending to her vegetable & flower gardens, crafting, and cruising around in her 1967 Baraccuda. Kelly was the go to individual computer guru as well as other technical challenges. Survivors include her husband, Todd; her two children, Grant & Alara; her mother, Karen (Ronald) Phillips Jr. of Kiel; her father, Andrew (Maria) Cicerello of Pueblo, CO; her brothers & sister, Brian (Brianna) Vinney Jr. of North Fond du Lac, Cody (Megan) Vinney of Newton, and Brandy (Travis) Geschke of New Holstein; her maternal grandmother, Amalia "Molly" Steinbring, of Kiel; two half sisters, Olivia (Scott) Crabtree and Sophia Cicerello, both of Colorado; her half brother, Andrew "Bubba" Cicerello Jr. her father-in-law & mother-in-law, Allan & Pat Lisowe of rural Chilton "Brothertown"; her two sisters-in-law, Tina (Tony) Kobriger of rural Chilton and Trisha Propson (special friend, Ken) of rural Chilton. Kelly is further survived by aunts; uncles; numerous cousins; nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends. Preceding her in death were her maternal grandfather, Gyle Steinbring; her paternal grandparents, Carl &Marlene Cicerello; and her uncle/godfather, Michael Steinbring. A Liturgy Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 5:00 PM on Sunday, December 12, 2021, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 1724 Madison Street, New Holstein, WI 53061. Visitation: Family and friends may visit with Kelly's family at the Sippel Funeral Home, 2618 Altona Avenue, New Holstein, WI on Sunday, December 12th from 12:00 Noon until 4:00 PM.
