Kenneth Eichhorst

Kenneth R. Eichhorst, age 97 of Brillion, died on Tuesday April 4, 2017 at Brillion West Haven. He was born on June 2, 1919 in the Town of Brillion, son of the late Theodore and Annie (Fischer) Eichhorst. Kenneth married Bernice Greve on June 6, 1942 at Kasson. He farmed in the Town of Brillion and also worked at various businesses in the area. He enjoyed woodworking projects and tinkering with engines. He could fix just about anything. Kenneth was a member of St. Bartholomew Lutheran Church in Brillion. Survivors include a son, Jim Eichhorst of Brillion, a daughter Jeannine (Bryan) Krepline of Brillion, his grandchildren, Steve (Diane) Eichhorst, David (Robin) Eichhorst, Paula (Mike) Rahn, Quentin (Beth) Krepline, Kayla Krepline, Casondra (Jake) Webber, Heather (Michael) Huber, Erica Eichhorst, Erin Eichhorst, Elisa (Jay) Richardson and Tucker Eichhorst and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, a brother Raymond Eichhorst of Texas, a daughter-in-law “Freddy” Haas and other relatives also survive. He was preceded in death by his wife Bernice on February 23, 2002, 2 sons, Richard and Roger, a grandson Nathan Krepline and 2 daughters-in-law Pat Eichhorst and Nancy Eichhorst. Funeral service will be held on Saturday April 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Bartholomew Lutheran Church in Brillion. The Rev. Mark Krueger will officiate. Entombment will be at Highland Memorial Park in Appleton. Visitation will take place at the church on Saturday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.  Online condolences may be made at www.wieting-funeraslhome.com
