Kenneth Wells

April 18, 1925 — November 5, 2018

Kenneth R. Wells, age 93 of Chilton, formerly of Menasha, died on Monday November 5, 2018 at Century Ridge in Chilton.

He was born on April 18, 1925 in Tomahawk WI, son of the late Raymond & Helen (Pfiel) Wells. He served in the U.S. Navy during WW II. On October 29, 1956, he married Mary L. Vande Wettering. Kenneth worked at Gilbert Paper in Neenah for many years. He enjoyed gardening, wood working and polka dancing, and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone that needed it.

Survivors include a son, David L. Wells of Menasha, a daughter, Sandra A. Wells of Brillion, a grandson Cory L. Wells of Green Bay and a granddaughter Nicole A. Wells of Kaukauna. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary, sisters, Dorothy, Isabelle, Margaret, Marian and Rosemary, and brothers George and Jimmy.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 8th at 4:30 P.M. at the Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion. Father Tom Pomeroy will officiate. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Hollandtown.

Visitation will be at the Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion on Thursday from 2:30 p.m. until the time of service.
