Larry A. Conwell, 69, of N10512 County Road G New Holstein "Marytown" died unexpectedly Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at his home. He was born April 30, 1941 in Milwaukee to the late Hugh "Connie" and Gertrude Becker Conwell. He graduated from Custer High School in Milwaukee. On October 13, 1962, he married Patricia Gray in Milwaukee. In March 1977 he and his family moved to Marytown where they have since owned and operated the Marytown Garage. Larry was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Marytown where he also ushered and was a member of the Winnebago East Shore Lions Club. Survivors include his wife, Pat, of Marytown; his four children, Susan Conwell and her husband Vince Vukelich of Greendale, Anne Marie Conwell of Burnsville, MN, Larry C. (Carol) Conwell of Chilton and Rick Conwell of Marytown; four grandchildren, Sarah, Michael, Taylor and Tyler; four great-grandchildren, Anthony, Patrick, Christopher and Jonathan; his sister, Karen (Jim) Hollingsworth of Bellingham, WA; his brother, James Conwell of Tomah, WI; his mother-in-law, Charity Gray of Waupaca, and further survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at St. Mary's Catholic Church N10232 County Road G New Holstein "Marytown". Rev. Joseph Coerber will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Family and friends may call at the Sippel Funeral Home 2618 Altona Avenue in New Holstein on Friday, October 15th from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and again at the funeral home Saturday morning from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM when brief family rites will be held. A prayer service will be held at the funeral home Friday evening at 7:45 PM.
