Lloyd F. Kleinhans, age 86, of Pearson, died on Tuesday February 10, 2015 at Aspirus Hospital in Wausau. He was born on August 19, 1928 in New Holstein, son of the late Nicholas & Julia (Muellenbach) Kleinhans. He married Beatrice Hlavachek on June 10, 1948 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Brillion. Lloyd operated the Hlavachek Homestead Farm and also worked at the Brillion Iron Works for 40 years. His enjoyment was going out West with his buddies, especially John Vechart. He vacationed in Florida for 10 years. His hobbies were fishing, trapping, hunting and gardening. He volunteered his time with the lake association running the weed harvester on the lake and was still operating his bait shop on Rolling Stone Lake. Survivors include his wife Beatrice "Patti" Kleinhans, daughters Barbara (Alan) Blum of Kaukauna, Natalie (Ricky) Urban of Brillion, Jocelyn Collins and special friends Spin, grandchildren, Idette (Dan) Adams, Rosa (John) Moyles, Kurt Blum, Lance Blum and special friend Kristin, Troy Prochnow and special friend Carlye, Kristi (Kevin) Knapp, 2 great grandchildren, Lauren and Kendra, a brother Wilfred Kleinhans of Newton, 2 sisters-in-law Madonna Kleinhans of St. Nazianz and Gloriann Kleinhans of Brillion. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 daughters Kristi and Kimberly, 2 brothers Glenroy and Joseph. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday February 14 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Pickerel. The Rev David Zimmermann will officiate.
