Lorraine Brandes, age 89 of N7679 Round Lake Rd., Brillion, died unexpectedly Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay. She was born August 5, 1920 in the town of Rockland to Fred and Ida (Engel) Ebert. She married Elroy Brandes on May 4, 1948 in Reedsville. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Brillion. Lorraine is survived by her husband Elroy, her children Jane (Bob) Sagunsky of Greenville, Bill (LuAnn) Brandes and Steve (Vicky) Brandes all of Brillion, eight grandchildren, Andrew Sagunsky, Missy (Craig) Geiger, Bill Jr. and Casey Brandes, Craig (Moria) Brandes, Jacquie, Cory and Christina Brandes, six great grandchildren Kaylee & Kobe Geiger, Mason & Reagan Brandes and Jonathan & Jayden Thorpe, one sister Rosella Grams of Reedsville, a brother-in-law Ralph Brandes of Brillion, two sisters-in-law Clarabelle (John) Ruh of Brillion and Janette Brandes of Manitowoc. She was preceded in death by three sisters Leona Wolf, Ella Herzog and Georgiana Brandes. She was further preceded in death by three brothers Herbert Ebert, Raymond Ebert and Melvin Ebert. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 24 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Brillion. The Rev. Ross Henzi will officiate. Entombment will take place at Knollwood Mausoleum in Manitowoc. Friends may call at the church on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
