Lorraine Pearl Geiger, age 92, of Brillion, passed away peacefully Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Bellin Memorial Hospital in Green Bay. Lorraine was born on September 19, 1932 in Withee, WI., daughter of the late Raymond and Emma (Maier) Gregoire. At a young age, her family moved to St. John. She was a graduate of Hilbert High School with the class of 1950. After high school, Lorraine worked as a receptionist at Brillion Iron Works. On September 15, 1956 she married Joseph Geiger at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in St. John. Once they started their family, Lorraine helped Joe on their farm in Brillion and focused on raising their kids. She later was employed at Mullin’s Gas Station in Brillion. Lorraine was an active member of Holy Family Catholic Church, where she volunteered in the office and was a long time chairperson on the funeral meal committee. She loved helping out when she could. Lorraine was also a member of the Christian Mothers, the Homemakers and multiple card clubs, especially cribbage and sheepshead. Joe and Lorraine enjoyed playing cards and traveling together. She loved gardening and working in her yard on the farm. Lorraine always kept herself busy by doing puzzles, playing solitaire, making flower girl dresses and crocheting baby blankets for the grandchildren and great grandchildren. Lorraine will be remembered by many for her quick wit and often dry humor.
Survivors include her children: Allan Geiger, Luxemburg, Laurie (Mike) Kirkpatrick, Greenville, Tom (Mary Kay) Geiger, Brillion, Kevin (Lisa) Geiger, Sherwood, Lisa Geiger, Brillion, Sara (Tim) Krueger, Brillion; one daughter-in-law: Jane Geiger, Cortland, OH.; grandchildren: Krista Geiger (Jonathon Memmers), Ryan (Katelynn) Kirkpatrick, Ricky Kirkpatrick, Nickole (Eric) Schumacher, Tara (Cole) Burich, Nathan (Abby) Geiger, Nicole (Brandon) Jackson, Brittany (Matt) Meulemans, Hannah (Nathan) Meitzen, Joshua Geiger (Hannah Russell), Mikayla and Emma Knier, Alayna, Gabe, Josie and Sadie Krueger; 21 great grandchildren with one on the way; one sister: Marian Gregoire; and two sisters-in-law: Alice Hoyer and Shirley Geiger, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe; one son: Steve; her parents; as well as many brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, a niece and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 18, 2025 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Brillion. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Matthew Colle and Deacon Greg Van Thiel with burial to follow at Kasson Holy Trinity Cemetery.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at the Pielhop Funeral Home of Brillion, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. led by Deacon Greg Van Thiel. The visitation will continue Monday morning at church from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.

The Pielhop Funeral Homes of Brillion and Reedsville are assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
