Louise Ann Heimke

Louise Ann Heimke, age 86, a lifelong resident of Brillion, died on Saturday June 4, 2016 at Brillion West Haven. She was born on December 2, 1929, daughter of the late Emil and Frieda (Ueffinger) Landmann. She was a graduate of Brillion High School class of 1947. After graduation, she worked for the Brillion News, Brillion Canning Co., and in the office of Dr. Langmack. Louise married Stanley Heimke on August 8, 1953 in Brillion. Upon becoming a mother, Louise left the work force and was a dedicated stay at home mother, but remained active in community and school activities. She served as treasurer for the Salvation Army in Brillion for over 40 years and was a Den Mother for the Brillion Cub Scouts. Louise was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Brillion, served on the board of directors and was treasurer for a period of time. She was active in Bible studies groups, sang in the choir, taught Sunday School, was a member of the United Methodist Women and volunteered in the kitchen and donated many baked goods over the years. Survivors include her husband Stanley, 2 sons, Dale (Kim) Heimke of Wilson, WI. Lee (Lynn) Heimke of West Bend, WI. her grandchildren, Jeremy, Trevor and Jessica Heimke and Jordyn Toomey. Louise is further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 infant children, 2 brothers, William (Pearl) Landmann and Frederick (Lila) Landmann. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at Faith United Methodist Church in Brillion. The Rev. Dale Eggert will officiate. Burial will be in the Brillion Community Cemetery.
