Marian C. Feldner, 97, formerly of St. Cloud, passed away peacefully with her loving daughters at her side on Tuesday, January 31, 2017.
The former Marian Lefeber was born October 15, 1919, in Fond du Lac to Christ & Alvina (Voelker) Lefeber. She attended St. Cloud Catholic Grade School.
On September 2, 1940, she married Ambrose "Speed" B. Feldner at St. Cloud Catholic Church; he preceded her in death on February 12, 2011.
Marian was instrumental in the daily operations of her and her husband's auto dealership, Feldner Chevrolet in St. Cloud. After her and her husband retired, they spent their winters in Winterhaven, Florida and their summers at their home on Lake Winnebago.
She was a member of St. Isidore Parish-St. Cloud Church and the Christian Womens Society. Marian was very active in assisting her husband in planning events for the various organizations that he was a member. She was also very involved in the St. Cloud community, often volunteering of her time, whether at the school or community functions. Marian was an avid bowler.
Marian is survived by her three daughters, Judy (Eugene "Pedro") Wagner of St. Cloud, Jane (Jerry) Mueller of Plymouth, and Joyce (John) Helz of Oshkosh; seven grandchildren, Jodi (Todd) Beyer, Joel (Jenny) Wagner, Jeff (Marsha) Mueller, Jeane (Brent) Sager, Julie (Chris) LaVine, Hope (Matthew) Middendorp, and Jonathan Helz; 10 great-grandchildren, Madelyn Mueller, Adam and Emily LaVine, Darian and Amanda Sager, Emma and Grace Wagner, Parker, Finlay and Emerson Middendorp; her sisters and brothers, Leora Salchert, Rosie Dreifuerst, LaVerne "Jim" Lefeber, Joseph Lefeber and Harold "Flip" Lefeber, all of St. Cloud; her sister-in-law, Lucy Lefeber of St. Cloud; and many nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.
In addition to her parents, Christ & Alvina Lefeber, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ambrose "Speed" B. Feldner; her brother, Marvin Lefeber; two sisters-in-law, Betty Lefeber and Mae Lefeber; three brothers-in-law, Elmer Salchert, Roy Dreifuerst, and Arnold Feldner; and many long time friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, February 4, 2017, at St. Isidore Parish-St. Cloud Church, 924 Main Street, St. Cloud, WI 53079. Rev. Larry Abler, OFM Cap will officiate. Marian will be laid to rest next to her husband in the St. Cloud Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation: Family and friends may greet the family at the Sippel Funeral Home, 1311 Thorp Street, St. Cloud, WI on Saturday, February 4th from 9:30 AM until 11:30 AM when brief rites will be held at the funeral home.
In Lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in her name.
