Marian B. Totzke, age 80, of Appleton, died on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Appleton Medical Center.

Marian was born on November 10, 1937 in Fond du Lac, daughter of the late Norman and Paula (Riemer) Rohrdanz.  She was a graduate of Chilton High School, class of 1955.  On November 1, 1958, she married Eldred “Eldie” Totzke at Trinity Lutheran Church, Rantoul.  He preceded her in death on February 12, 2016.  Marian started her career at KT, then worked at the Brillion Iron Works as a secretary, and she ended her career working over 30 years at Appleton Medical Center as a Dietary Food Service Technician, retiring in 1997.  Marian was an avid bowler, participating in both women’s and couples leagues, enjoyed golfing, bus trips, attending band concerts, and spending time with her friends and family.   In her retirement, she also volunteered a great deal at Appleton Medical Center at the front desk and in the gift shop.

Marian is survived by her three children and spouses: Julie (Don) Evers of Appleton, John (Tammy) Totzke of Colorado Springs, and Jim (Maria) Totzke of Appleton; grandchildren: Josh Evers, Alyssa and Anna Totzke, and Elizabeth, Kathryn, and Patrick Totzke; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Eldie, one son: Ricky; two brothers-in-law: Norbert (Rose) and Reuben; two sisters-in-law: Eunice (Don) Parsons, Arlene Clark and her three husbands: Robert Smith, Clarence Gotter, and Starr Clark; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Richard and Ella (Heyn) Totzke, and other relatives.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, March 5, 2018 at Faith Lutheran Church in Appleton.  Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Dan Thews, with burial in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.

Friends may call at the church on Monday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 11:15 a.m.
