Michael Allender Leao, age 20, of Neenah, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 23, 2014. Michael was born on January 9, 1994 in Appleton, son of Paul and Kim (Heckelsmiller) Leao and birthmother: Virginia Schmitz. He was a graduate of Brillion High School, class of 2012. Michael is survived by his parents: Paul and Kim Leao of Brillion; birthmother: Virginia Schmitz of Neenah; siblings: Nicholas (Beth) Leao of Medford, Casey Leao of Green Bay, Linda (Jeff) Hasley of Neenah, and Thomas Allender of Neenah; grandparents: Donna Heckelsmiller of Pollock, SD and Robert and Gladys Schmitz of Appleton; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and his best buddy Baxter the boxer. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Christ the Rock in Menasha. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Dave Vande Hey.
