Molly Beyer

Molly “Abigail” Beyer, age 59, of Appleton, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at ThedaCare Appleton after a valiant fight with COVID.

Molly was born September 11, 1962 in Chicago. Molly was the second of four baby girls to be adopted by the late Stanley and Louise Jasper. From a young age, Molly always knew she wanted to become a Police Officer. Molly reached her goals by graduating from the Fox Valley Technical College Police Academy. Molly ended her career as a police chief for the Village of Plain Police Department.

Molly met her true love, Eric Beyer, and the two were married on November 22, 1995.

Molly was a devoted daughter, wife, mother; and the only thing she thought better than being a mother, was becoming a grandmother. She affectionately called herself the “Grandmarazzi”, as she was always taking pictures of her grandchildren, so long as her camera battery did not run out. Molly had the biggest heart and a smile to match; her laugh was infectious and she could easily brighten the mood of any room. There are not enough words on earth to describe the true goodness of Molly.

Molly was so loved and cherished. She is the survived by her husband Eric; their children: Ashley (Nick) Boldt and Michael (Kelsey Hopfensperger) Parker; grandchildren: Brady and Maverick Boldt, Kiana and Charlotte Parker; siblings: Mary (John) Wiersum, Maurita (Mike) Lyons, Marianne Jasper, and biological brother, Joe Manno; her fur baby: Alec aka”Kevin”; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Molly was preceded in death and welcomed into heavenly paradise by her parents and both her maternal and paternal grandparents. She was also preceded in death by her biological mother, Geraldine Perez, and biological brother, Marcus Perez.

A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, take a picture of your favorite things, or do something that reminds you of Molly.
