Patricia Eichhorst

Patricia Eichhorst, age 72, of Brillion, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017 in Rochester, MN surrounded by her loving family.

Pat was born on September 19, 1944 in Appleton, daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Muthig) Weyenberg.  She was a graduate of Kaukauna High School, class of 1962.  On December 7, 1963, she married James “Jim” Eichhorst at Riverview Lutheran Church in Appleton.  Pat started her career at the Power Company in Appleton and then worked for Endries in Brillion for 23 years. She had a spunky spirit and a love for life and her family. Pat adored caring for her grandchildren and loved attending all of their events.  She enjoyed organizing family holidays/celebrations and rummage sales, traveling, camping and spending time with friends both here and in Florida. Pat had a heart of gold and always put others first, which was reflected in her volunteer work with Hidden Treasures and at various functions for Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church where she was a lifelong member.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Jim of Brillion; their children and spouses: Steven (Diane) of Neenah, David (Robin) of Brillion, and Paula (Michael) Rahn of De Pere; grandchildren: Justin, Katie (Jon), Emily, Olivia, Josh, Phil, Dyllan (Courtney), Zach, Riley, Conner Belle, Meagan, and Taylor; one brother and two sisters-in-law: Joe (Char) Weyenberg and Jeannine (Bryan) Krepline; two sisters and two brothers-in-law: Diane (Fran) Dietzen and Kay (Jerry) Luckow; father-in-law: Kenneth Eichhorst; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her mother-in-law: Bernice (Greve) Eichhorst, three brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law: George Alders, Dick Eichhorst, and Roger (Nancy) Eichhorst; a nephew, Nathan Krepline, and other relatives.

Funeral Service will take place 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5, at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Brillion.  Rev. Thomas Fricke and Rev. Ross Henzi will officiate.

Friends may call at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Brillion on Tuesday evening, April 4, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.  Visitation will continue at church on Wednesday morning, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers and plants, a memorial will be established.
