Patricia L. Meyer, age 84, of Chilton Care Center, formerly of Reedsville, died on Friday January 30, 2015. She was born on December 9, 1930 in Manitowoc County, daughter of the late Norman & Mildred (Andres) Kiel. She married Harold Meyer on November 22, 1949 in Kellnersville. Patricia graduated from Valders High School class of 1948. She was the first female mail carrier and retired from the Reedsville Post Office on December 9, 1990, after 21 years of service. She was also the co founder and was actively involved in the Lakeshore Food Co Op and worked at the 141 Speedway for many years. After her retirement she delivered the Lakeshore Chronicle. Survivors include her children and grandchildren, Kathy (Allen) Klingeisen of Reedsville and their children Barry, Tina, Kim and Christopher, Judy Rusch of Reedsville and her children Michelle (Jody) and Shane, Randy (Nancy) Meyer of Kaukauna and their children, Kevin (Kristy), Carrie (Shaun), Christie Kane of Green Bay and her children, Jeremy (Sara), Jason (Jeanette), Bridget (Joe), Brittany (Justin), Lori Kiekhaefer of Manitowoc and her daughter Jennifer (Daniel), Kelly Meyer of Sheboygan, Tracy (William) Zinkel of Brillion and their children Michael, Rachael, Billie Jo (Blair) and Tori, 22 great grandchildren, Madyson, Bailey, Jasmine, Eric, Vallarie, Brooklyn, Briella, Adriana, Danika, Noah, Alana, Liah, Riyan, Caynen, Neo, Naven, Dilin, Lundin, Emma, Myles, Hailey and Alexis. Patricia is further survived by a sister Mary Ellen Kiel of Reedsville, a brother Terry Kiel of St. Nazianz and special friend Beth, sisters-in-law Shirley Blahnik of Kellnersville and June Meyer of Illinois as well as many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold, a daughter Tari Ellen, a son-in-law Randall Rusch, 2 sisters and a brother-in-law, Jean Stevens and Donna (Clarence) Zipperer, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Richard (LaVerne) Grall, Robert Meyer, Theodore Meyer Jr, Wayne (Diane) Meyer, LeRoy (Catherine) Andersen and Edward Blahnik. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 3 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wieting Funeral Home in Reedsville. Rev. Richard Klingeisen will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Family Cemetery, Reedsville. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and then again on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
