Paul C. Lemke, age 97, of Hilbert, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022 at Riverwood Estates in Manitowoc.

Paul was born on December 18, 1924 in the town of Rantoul, son of the late Edward and Elsie (Klessig) Lemke.  He owned and operated his own dairy farm for many years until his retirement.  Family was very important to him, and he loved spending time with them.

Paul is survived by his nieces and nephews: Grace (Garry) Sydow of Whitelaw, Dorothy (Elliot) Maile of Brillion, Betty (Jim) Miller of Chilton, godchild: Shirley Lemke of Weston, Diane Diederich of Weston, David (Donna) Wunrow of Seymour, and Caroline Behnke of Chilton; great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by three sisters and brothers-in-law: Marcella (Milton) Liermann, Ruth (George) Behnke, and Alice (Armond) Wunrow; one brother and sister-in-law: Henry (Florence) Lemke, two infant sisters, one infant brother, nephews: Ruben Behnke and Donald Wunrow.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Rantoul.  Officiating will be Rev. Brett Simek.  Burial will be at the church cemetery.

Family and friends may call at the church on Tuesday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
