Paul “Turkey” Miller, age 55, of Green Bay, formerly of Reedsville, passed away unexpectedly on September 24, 2021 at his residence.
Paul was born on May 5, 1966 in Manitowoc, son of Janet (Reis) and the late Arnold “Arnie” Miller. He was a graduate of Reedsville High School, class of 1984. Paul worked at the Brillion Iron Works from his early 20’s until it closed in 2016. He then opened his own painting business and worked maintenance for Mayflower Apartment complex in Appleton. Paul was an avid Wisconsin sports fan, always good for a “Go Pack Go” and cheering on the home team! He also very much enjoyed hunting and was a member of the Maple Grove Hunting Club for many years. He was also a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. Paul loved his family and especially enjoyed spending time with them.
He is survived by his children: Carissa (special friend Dusten Kalakay) Miller and Jake (Allyssa) Miller; soon to be born granddaughter; mother: Janet Miller; sisters, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law: Laurie (Glen) Wagner, Susan Miller, Rosanne Miller, Mary (special friend Paul Dollie) Miller, and Barb Miller; mother of his children: Chris Miller; fur babies: Lola and Rufus; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Paul was preceded in death by his father, Arnie; brother: Michael; brother-in-law: John Porter; and other relatives.
Funeral Mass will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion.
Friends may call at the Pielhop Wieting Funeral Home, 215 S. Main St. Brillion on Tuesday evening, September 28, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The visitation will continue at church on Wednesday afternoon from 2:30 p.m. until 4:15 p.m.
