Pauline C. Simmons

Pauline C. Simmons, age 49, of Hilbert, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday morning, January 12, 2023 at her home.

Pauline was born on December 26, 1973 in Charlotte, NC, daughter of Jane (Fournier) Wolfe and the late Paul Wolfe.  She was a graduate of Vanguard Ocala High School in Florida, class of 1992. She went on to further her education in Psychology and graduated with an Associate Degree from the University of Phoenix.  Pauline met her love Carson in North Carolina, and they have built and raised their family together.  The couple moved to Hilbert 12 years ago.  Pauline was employed at Garrow Villa for a time and later on at New Hope in Chilton.  She enjoyed hiking, walking her dog, Gracie, shopping, and had an excellent sense of humor.  The most important thing to her was her family, and she loved spending time with them.

Pauline is survived by her significant other, Carson Dennis; their children: Aaron Simmons of Fond du Lac, Sierra (Michael) Thalheim of Sheboygan, Logan Simmons, and Alex Simmons both of Brillion; her mother: Jane Wolfe of Silver Springs, FL; one brother: Eric Wolfe of Manchester, NH; sisters-in-law: Heather Swanson and Emily Swanson of North Carolina; Carson’s Uncle and Aunt: Dan and Mary Dennis, Seattle, WA; her dog, Gracie, her cat, Uma, other relatives, and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her Dad, Paul Wolfe in 2021; Carson’s parents: Craig Dennis and Carrie Swanson; and Carson’s twin brother: Jason Dennis.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at Pielhop Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion.  Officiating will be Rev. Joe Weiers.  Burial will be in Brillion Community Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
