Rita V. (Bleuel) Immel, age 81, of rural Mt. Calvary, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Friday, July 13, 2018. She was born February 10, 1937 to Anthony & Marie (Petrie) Bleuel. Rita graduated from New Holstein High School in 1955. On October 6, 1956, she married Lawrence Immel at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Mt. Calvary. Lawrence preceded her in death on March 13, 1995. She and her husband farmed in the Town of Marshfield. In addition, she drove school bus for many years and after the passing of her husband, she managed the Country Craft Barn. Rita is survived by her six children, James (Sharon) Immel of Waupun, Judith Immel of Mt. Calvary, Kenneth (Donna) Immel of St. Cloud, Ron Immel of New Holstein, Lois (John) Seibel of Eden, John Immel of Fond du Lac; her grandchildren, Andy (Michelle) Immel, Wesley Immel (special friend, Jessica), Richard (Kate) Juedes Jr., Benjamin (Heather) Juedes, Jason (Sara) Immel, Craig (Mary) Immel, Jeremy Immel (fiancee', Ashley), Kayla (Sarah) Bohn, Jessica (Matt) McCardell, Julie (Jacob) Matznick, Jennifer (Jacob) Seibel, Jackie Seibel (special friend, Braxton); 10 great-grandchildren; her sister, Mae Schmitz; a sister-in-law, Ruth (Ken) Pluim. Preceding her in death were her husband, Lawrence Immel; her parents, Anthony & Marie Bleuel; her brother, Alois (Marilyn) Bleuel; her in-laws, Anthony B. Schmitz, Alice (Bob) Daley, Gladys (John) Schmidt, Lorraine (Harold) Goebel, Robert (Donna) Immel, Melvin (Nancy) Immel, and David (Gloria) Immel. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at Sippel Funeral Home, 1311 Thorp Street, St. Cloud, WI 53079. Visitation: Family and friends may greet the family at the funeral home Saturday, July 21st from 10:00 AM until 12:30 PM. Rita will forever be remembered for her generosity, her love for her family and friends, and her hard working spirit.
