He was born on April 8, 1940 in Green Bay, son of the late Thomas and Margaret (Hart) Brick. Bob was a graduate of Wrightstown High School. He served our country in the United States Navy for four years after high school. He then served our country in the United States Army National Guard for 21 years. On July 16, 1964 Bob married the former Karen Bloedorn at St. Mary Catholic Church, Brillion. Bob worked decades as a licensed machinist at Ariens Co, Lube Devices, and Imperial Eastman until his retirement. Bob also volunteered and served his community for 60 years with the American Legion Post 126 in Brillion and served as Commander twice in the 1970’s, served as a Brillion City Council Member, drove School Bus, volunteered at Holy Family, and was a Scout leader. He was a proud American and a proud Irishman. He and Karen traveled to Ireland and found Brick family members! Bob and Karen did everything together. He surprised Karen with a cruise, they went to Hawaii, North Dakota, and Banff, and just really liked being together. Above all Bob loved his family and enjoyed going to events and spending time with them.
